Some blocks are all slope and no flat, which makes every project feel impossible. We are Upper Hutt Retaining Walls, and our retaining walls carve Upper Hutt hillsides into terraces you can actually live on.
A retaining wall is only as good as the footing under it, which is why ours are never rushed or undersized. We are licensed builders with full insurance, experienced in sleeper, timber, block, stone and boulder construction.
We keep you informed in plain language at every stage, from the first measurement to the final backfill. The quote is in writing before we start, and the wall is built to standard with drainage that never gets skipped.
Replacing rotten timber walls with concrete sleepers is one of our most requested jobs, but our scope is much wider. We construct new walls of every kind, terrace sloping yards, repair structural movement and install drainage behind walls old and new.
